09:40  There is a NAVAL Service at the Barrie Waterfront, at the Sea Cadet facility

           -  for Royal Canadian Navy personnel and Veterans, and families of lost sailors,

 

10:45 Parade will Marshall on CHASE McEACHERN WAY parking lot  - RCN Personnel, Veterans, Royal Canadian Sea Cadets, and Navy League Cadets will proceed to the Barrie Cenotaph on Dunlop St.E., {at Owen St.)

           - PUBLIC MEMORIAL SERVICE will commence for 11:00 am, and Wreath laying by Military and Veterans organizations,

           

11:20 - Anticipated completion,
